It is with the greatest pleasure that I am asking members about attending the Christmas Bash. At this stage I wish to see how many want to attend. The date is set for 16th DECEMBER. Dependent on numbers wishing to attend will determine what format this will take, i.e. sit down as usual or perhaps a Buffet if large numbers.
So your intention for this would be great. This will not be binding as any deposit will be requested later in the year.
The cost of the deposit this year is £35.00, with an additional payment on the night of £20.00. However the additional figure still has to be confirmed.
As you can appreciate all costs have gone up so we are asking for an additional £5 – may be more – compared to last year.
For your money we shall have a 4 course dinner (last course being cheese and biscuits).
Wine on the table, the very popular raffle plus keeping the web site running with hosting and domain name costs.
It would be very helpful if in the form message box you indicate any preference for the person or persons you would like to sit with.
